Our Coaching Engagement

Our consultants often struggle with the dilema of where coaching stops versus a full consultancy engagement. 

Coaching is listening and challenge, discussing options but without tabling solutions. Consultancy will do the same but then deliver solutions based on the agreed deliverables.  Others may challenge our simplistic definition but with 20+ years experience we believe it is fairly acurate.

Therefore we work through an approach which delivers an action plan with agreed milestones and deliverable actions. The main objective is to ensure the business remains focused on the results.  The client will agree responsibilities and assign actions to an individual and if that is one or our consultants we have developed from coaching to consultancy!

Marketing - How do people know you exist?

SWOT Analysis - Moving an individual out of their comfort zone is difficult, but utilising their strengths for results is so much easier.

Focus - Understand your existing customer base before stepping in to the unknown.

Action Plan - Actions broken down in to critical and nice to do with objectives to measure the results.

Product - Considerations, market, pricing and profit margins.

Financing - Got the idea but how do you take it forward from idea, concept, design, product, etc.
